Jennifer Bell is a children’s author and former bookseller from London. Having initially studied film, her interest in children’s books was sparked by the novel Eragon by Christopher Paolini. She went on to become a children’s bookseller at Foyles, and then Tales on Moon Lane. She wrote her first novel in her lunch breaks at Foyles, and left bookselling to become a full time author in 2018.‍Alice Lickens is an award winning children’s author and illustrator. She studied illustration at Kingston University, and for almost a decade she has worked for the House of Illustration.
