*World Book Day 'Stories for Schools' pledge dates effective 28/2/25 to 31/3/25

This competition is run by Voxblock (Codek Ltd) and is affiliated with no other company or organisation. 

Five winners will be selected to win a mini school pack, to the value of £360.

• The Voxblock World Book Day Competition is open to nominations of primary schools across the UK.
• The competition runs from 28th February 2025 to 31st March 2025.

• Nominations can be submitted by parents, teachers, or members of the wider school community.
• Nominated schools must be based in the UK.
• Only one nomination per person per school is allowed, but multiple individuals can nominate the same school.

• To enter, participants must complete the online nomination form on the Voxblock website.
• The form requires responses to questions about the school's literacy efforts, the potential impact of audiobooks, and why the school deserves to win.

• Commitment to Literacy: Demonstrated efforts to support reading and listening skills, and innovative approaches.
• Impact on Learning: How audiobooks can benefit the school’s students.
• Community Involvement: Participation in wider literacy initiatives with their local community including working with libraries, putting on events, school trips, etc.
• The Story Behind the School: Compelling examples of the school's relationship with storytelling or obstacles facing school with growing their literacy commitment.
• Use of Other Tools: Does the school already have access to audio devices or other technology that aid literacy development.

• Five Voxblock Mini-Packs will be awarded—one for each of the following regions:
  • Scotland
  • North of England
  • South of England
  • Wales
  • Northern Ireland
• Each Mini-Pack includes:
  • 5 Voxblock players with protective bumpers
  • 10 audiobooks (of the school's choice)
  • 1 charging bank
  • 1 aux cable
  • and a school resource folder

• Prizes will be delivered directly to the winning schools within 30 days of the announcement.
• Winners will be contacted via email and announced on Voxblock’s website and social media channels.

• Voxblock reserves the right to disqualify nominations that contain false or incomplete information.
• By submitting a nomination, participants agree to allow Voxblock to use the information provided (excluding personal contact details) for promotional purposes.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Personal data submitted through the nomination process will be handled in accordance with Voxblock’s Privacy Policy.
• Data will only be used for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting winners.

• Voxblock reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any stage if deemed necessary.
• The decision of the judging panel is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
