How do I charge my player?
Use the USB-C cable that came with it and a USB wall plug, like a phone charger. The battery light flashes green while it charges. A full charge gives up to 16 hours of listening. Charging
When will my order arrive?
We dispatch orders the next working day. Standard UK delivery takes 2 to 3 working days from dispatch, and premium 1 to 2. Delivery
Can I return my player?
Yes. Players and starter packs bought from our website have a 100-day Happiness Guarantee: send it back in its original packaging for a full refund, and we’ll email you a prepaid label. Our guarantee
My player has stopped working
Try the quick fixes first: most things are a button press. If it still isn’t right, tell us. Within 2 years we repair or replace it and pay the postage both ways, and we repair players for life after that.
