Heather Bestel is a therapist and storyteller who specialises in working with children.Since 1994 she has worked with children to foster their self-esteem, providing them with resources with which to build their own confidence. She regularly attends children’s festivals and runs workshops in schools.She lives in rural Scotland where she spends her time meditating and eating chocolate.
