Contact us with either an email or order number associated with the player.
Receive a shipping label
After contacting us, you will receive a shipping label to your email address. You can print it at home and seal it on top of the package.
Package the player
Pack the player into a suitable box or envelope making sure it is sufficiently protected.
Envelopes we tried, that can fit the player: 180mmx265mm, 160mmx230mm,A4 envelope, D/1 envelope, C5 envelopes
Drop off at the local point

That's it! Thank you so much for your cooperation. Without your help we wouldn't be able to reduce electrical waste and give the players a new life.
If you sent us broken player, we will repair it to the highest quality before sending it back to you.
If you sent us an unwanted player, we will check it, refurbish or repair it if needed, and make sure it has still a long life to live!
We will let you know, once we receive your player and when it's ready to be sent back to you.
FAQs
My player stopped working. What should I do?
Firstly, try to switch it off and on, clean (rub with some cloth) the magnetic data connector on the audiobook and player.
If you have a V2 player, hold the play button down for 30 seconds to manually reset the player.
If the player is still unresponsive, please contact us and we will sort it out for you!
I can't charge my player
Try to clean the connector on a charger. If you have a spare charger with USB-C, try if it works for a player. Make sure to charge using a USB adapter in a wall socket and to allow the player to charge fully overnight.
If the issue persists, please contact us and send it back to us, so we can investigate and repair the player.
The audiobook doesn't work
Firstly, try to switch the player off and on, clean (rub with a cloth) the magnetic data connector on the audiobook and player.
If unsuccessful, please contact us through the form and we will sort it out for you!
How much is the repair?
We are happy to repair the player for you free of charge. Moreover, we will cover the shipping cost for your returns.
Can I get a full refund?
When did you buy your Voxblock?

You can return your Voxblock player for any reason for full refund within 100 days after the purchase.
You can choose if you want us to send you back a new one or your repaired one, or if you prefer a full refund.

In case your Voxblock player breaks within 2 years after the purchase, you can choose if you want us to send you back a new one or your repaired one.
If you don't use your Voxblock anymore, send it back to us to help us prolong a life of the players. We will cover a shipping costs of course :)

In case your Voxblock player breaks after more than 2 years after purchase, we will still repair it for you for free, and send it back to you.

Can I throw it away?
NO! Please, don't throw away your player, we want it back. Please follow the very simple process of returning it to us and help us keep the players in their active life and reduce waste.
Why should I bother returning the unwanted player?
The global e-waste increases by at least 2 million tonnes per year, only 9% of plastic is recycled and electronic devices have 2.3 times shorter lifespan then intended by design.
We want to change that and you can help us. We made the return process very simple and easy for you to be part of the good change. If you choose to not want your player anymore, we are thrilled to donate it. We are cooperating with organisations supporting public literacy improvement. We want to make our player to be available to many children over the UK and Australia (for now) and allow them to explore their imagination while listening to stories they like.
