How do I set up my player?
There is no set up involved with our player.
All you need to do is press down the play button to switch it on, pop in a book and start listening.
Does the Voxblock player need wifi?
No wifi is needed to use a Voxblock player. There are no downloads, streams, subscriptions or apps.
What age is Voxblock suitable for?
Our device and content is suitable for children aged 3-14+ (we have even heard an adult or two likes it to)
How can my child listen to their stories?
Our player comes with an inbuilt speaker to listen aloud, and a audio jack for headphone use.
What is the best way to charge my player?
- use the USB C charging cable provided
- charge using a USB adapter in a wall socket
- allow the player to charge fully e.g. overnight
- switch off the player when not in use
What are our audiobooks made out of?
Our audiobooks are blocks, similar to board books, and are made up of layers of recycled cardboard. There is a data connector built into the back that connects to your player.
Our audiobooks do not open.
