About the Paddington series
Michael Bond wrote the first Paddington story in 1958, after spotting a lonely toy bear on a shop shelf one Christmas. The Brown family find a small bear on the platform at Paddington Station, wearing a label that reads ‘Please look after this bear. Thank you.’ They name him after the station and take him home.
Paddington always means well, but his good intentions have a way of ending in chaos, whether he is decorating, shopping or visiting the zoo. These audiobooks follow his adventures with the Browns, Mrs Bird and his friend Mr Gruber.
