Libby Scott has a deep appreciation for hot chocolate, enjoys the music of Taylor Swift, and shares her life with her beloved dog, Charlie. Beyond her interests, it's important to note that Libby is autistic, and her unique perspective on the world has garnered significant attention.

After her mum, Kym, shared one of Libby's written pieces online, it quickly gained viral recognition. This wave of support and appreciation ultimately led to a remarkable book deal with Scholastic, one of the world's largest children's publishers. At the tender age of 9, Libby published her first novel, "Can You See Me," in 2019, and this marked the beginning of her literary journey. Collaborating with author Rebecca Westcott, she has since authored two more books, showcasing her talent and creativity to a wide audience.

Rebecca Westcott hails from Chester, her place of birth. Her journey into teaching led her to Exeter University, where she received her training as an educator. Her teaching career has taken her to a range of intriguing locations, one of the most notable being a Category C male prison. Interestingly, Rebecca's passion for writing began at the young age of eight when she started keeping a diary. Little did she know then that these diary entries would play a crucial role in shaping her future as a writer.

In her debut novel, "Dandelion Clocks," Rebecca cleverly incorporates some of the more amusing and cringe-worthy extracts from her childhood and teenage diaries as the diary entries of her characters. However, her most embarrassing memories remain safely tucked away unless she decides to draw inspiration from them for her next literary endeavor.

Currently, Rebecca continues to inspire young minds as a primary school teacher while residing in Dorset with her husband and three children. Her literary journey includes five books for children, including collaborative works like "Can You See Me?" and "Do You Know Me?" written alongside the talented 11-year-old, Libby Scott.
