Ben Miller is a comedian and actor, best known as one half of the comedy duo Armstrong and Miller. In the early 2000s he moved away from sketch comedy to take up several acting roles, including in the Johnny English franchise. He has gone on to star in several television dramas, including playing the lead role of DI Richard Poole in the BBC’s Death in Paradise, and James Lester in the ITV series Primeval. He has written several pop-science books, as well as fiction titles for children. He is married with three children.
